VICTIMS October 20, 2015, MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy, the people will not forget your sacrifice.

What did our young brother and son MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy do? What crime has he committed? Yet this student has been cowardly assassinated by the henchmen of the dictatorship prevailing in the Republic of Congo - Brazzaville. Under the orders of a zombie horde who has lost all points of reference, common sense, but above all their humanity and who are involved in a hunt for any discrepancy voice against the dominance of the hegemonic policy of Nguesso.

Indeed, nothing is more dramatic for a father who sends his son to school and find him cowardly shot down by a dictatorship government, whose goals are to defend and protect their policy. Nothing is more revolting for a father to see his 15 year old son fell under the bullets of police machin gun applying the law of the jungle.

On December 6, 2015 in the morning, on his way to the Dolisie train station, the police under the orders of NDENGUET and under the pressure from KIKI (Denis-Christel Sassou Nguesso), having decided to make an example, decided without valid reasons, just suspicions , to shoot this young defenseless MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy College Unit in Dolisie.

In cowardly killing MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy, NDENGUET, KIKI and all the others have chosen to do for the following reasons:

- To break the republic and democratic spirit of young people who refuse to compromise their education with supplies from the Congolese government massacres of October 20, 2015

- To build the future of youth on tribal criteria (children from the North of the Congo)

- To avoid keeping other young people from celebration their Christmas blithely

- To plunge all fathers from the South in anguish and sorrow;

But we the people respond to you:

There was Régis Batola, the many young people massacred on 20 October and now MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy, the Congo you bled. You who feed yourself with the blood of others, ad still you are not satisfy at all with it.

This massacre that shocked the world's conscience, not only will not go unpunished, but are also signs of the last days of Sassou Nguesso's corrupted system.

We mourn certainly Régis Batola, the victims of October 20, MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy and perhaps there will be others, but we are still standing up to the fight for liberty and freedom!

Standing, we will remain to denounce the crackdown on our youth, and suffering or killing will not make us give up our rights.

That is why we must keep faith in the struggle of the National Resistance and even if all our young people and freedom fighters die, it will never fail the Republic and Democratic spirit and capacity and determination to take over the fight to restore the path and glory of democracy as said the Apostle:

"Even if there were more men, the stones would stand to fight for the freedom of our country."

Régis Batola, the VICTIMS October 20, 2015, MAYOUSSA LOÏC stevy, the people will not forget your sacrifice.

The police killed a schoolboy suspected of having burned school kits donated by Denis-Christel Sassou Nguesso --------------------------------------------

Congolese police once again included in its sad and gloomy charts the murder of a student of the College of Unity in Dolisie (South of the Country). He was 15, he was called Stevy Loïc MAYOUSSA. He was in his fifth class and lived in "Rue Jean Joseph Loukabou number 19 in Dolisie (Place of the vigil for those who want to support the family bereaved by power).

The schoolboy died Sunday, December 6, 2015 in the morning, on his way to the Dolisi's train station.

Police of Nguesso saw the boy and suspected him of being one of the students who burned the donations of school supplies offered by Kiki (Denis-Christel Sassou Nguesso), that beared his picture.

They wanted to arrest him, Stevy got scared and tried to flee. After summations, the police fired at him, seriously injuring the poor child who eventually died.

This is the new republic of the Sassou Nguesso's Clan, where they received the "license to kill" all Congolese (man, woman and child) who claims and dream to live in a republic country.

The blood of the young Stevy MAYOUSSA Loïc is a bloody disgrace over the head of Denis Sassou Nguesso, his son Kiki whose donations have sparked murders by the extremists of Nguesso's clan.

We offer our condolences to our brother Stevy and his family.

Your sacrifice is not vain, the time of justice is near! By ZengaMambu - December 8, 2015 (Paris)

CONGO: ANGOLAN TROOPS SPEAK OF THEIR ROLE IN CONGO CIVIL WAR

Published on Jul 21, 2015

Eng/Portu/Nat Angolan troops in Brazzaville have spoken to APTV for the first time about the help they gave General Sassou Nguesso in his fight against the government forces in the four-month long civil war. Sassou-Nguesso's support from neighbouring Angola was widely known but hard to prove. Angola saw Sassou's victory as a means of ending the UNITA Angolan rebels' use of Lissouba as a backer of their long-running guerrilla war. These are the first confirmed pictures of the Angolan fighters who helped the Cobra militia of General Denis Sassou-Nguesso win the country's four-month long civil war. Sassou-Nguesso claimed victory last week against President Pascal Lissouba after the capital Brazzaville and the second largest city Pointe Noire fell to his troops. Fighting broke out between the rival militias supporting the former dictator Sassou and those supporting Lissouba in the lead up to the presidential elections. Sassou-Nguesso was also believed to have had support from neighbouring Angola, which saw his victory as a means of ending Lissouba's backing of their long-running war against the UNITA rebels. On Monday, Angolan troops spoke openly to APTV about their role in the war. SOUNDBITE: (Portuguese) "I come from Angola here to Congo to do war." SUPER CAPTION: Pascal Carlotta, Angolan fighter They were in no doubt about the allegiances of the people involved. SOUNDBITE: (Portuguese) "There has been war in Angola for 30 years, but now with Savimbi (UNITA leader) was backing with Lissouba. Lissouba had to run. Sassou, the president, is friends with (Angolan President) Jose Eduardo dos Santos." SUPER CAPTION: Pascal Carlotta, Angolan fighter President Jose Eduardo dos Santos on Monday pledged his support for Sassou-Nguesso. Dos Santos spoke by telephone with Sassou-Nguesso on Sunday, a brief Angolan government statement said, and promised to send medicines to the country. On the streets of Brazzaville, armed men are just about the only ones out and about. Most of the civilians left during the fierce shelling and gunfire that destroyed the city. Estimates of the number of people killed range into the several thousand. SOUNDBITE: (English) "We rode, we the peoples, these guys Ninja, and we come - we take him with us, we got to his house and we see some arms in there and we throw them in there in - the fish are eating him." SUPER CAPTION: Captain Kawele, Cobra militiaman Medical workers have appealed for help treating victims of the war. Hospitals near the city are without bandages and medicines. Red Cross volunteers were searching for the dead in Brazzaville. Since Saturday, 81 bodies have been found, but the number was expected to soar as searchers gain access to streets and buildings currently blocked by piles of rubble and wreckage.

CONGO/UN: UN BROKERED CEASE-FIRE SIGNED

Published on Jul 21, 2015

English/Nat A United Nations brokered cease-fire has been signed in the Republic of Congo, giving new hope to an end to the nation's bloody civil war. The agreement, which was negotiated last month by the U-N, was signed by the country's mutinous general, Denis Sassou-Nguesso, whose forces have been battling troops loyal to the President for five months. Meanwhile, in Kinshasa, in the former Zaire, The Republic of Congo's President, Pascal Lissouba, met for talks with the Democratic Republic of Congo's President, Laurent Kabila. Arriving in neighbouring Kinshasa, on Thursday, the Congolese Republic's President, Pascal Lissouba, paid a visit to Laurent Kabila, President of the former Zaire. He would not reveal the nature of his talks to the waiting media. However, there is no doubt the latest cease-fire signed by his arch rival would have featured in the discussions. On Thursday, a radio station backing the mutinous General Denis Sassou-Nguesso confirmed that he had signed a U-N brokered agreement. For the last five months, Nguesso's forces have been locked in a civil war with troops loyal to President Lissouba. Hundreds of civilians have died in Brazzaville since the sides went to war on the 5th of June, a month before they were to have faced each other in presidential elections. But Radio Liberty, which backs the General, said he had accepted the cease-fire only after adding certain conditions to the document, which are so far unspecified. The document was signed last month by his rival, President Pascal Lissouba, and was negotiated by Gabonese President Omar Bongo and U-N mediator Mohamed Sahnoun. Meanwhile the official Republic of Congo radio, which Lissouba controls, said that both sides are "moving closer and closer towards peace with the signature." Both radio reports said no date had been agreed upon for the cease-fire to take effect. United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan welcomed "this positive development" and called on the international community to "help consolidate this cease-fire." In New York, U-N spokesman, Fred Eckhard, said he hoped this latest truce would be more effective than the last, which broke down in renewed factional fighting. SOUNDBITE: (English) "The Ambassador this afternoon informed the Secretary-General, this morning that General Nguesso had signed the cease-fire agreement this morning in Brazzaville and so we keep our fingers crossed that a cessation of hostilities will follow." SUPER CAPTION: Fred Eckhard, U-N Spokesman However, the Security Council has so far refused to approve a U-N or U-N-sanctioned peacekeeping force for the troubled country until both sides accept a workable truce. Meanwhile, there is the issue of a United Nations envoy sent to the eastern Congo to investigate the massacre thousands of Rwandan Hutu refugees. Last week, Secretary-General Kofi Annan recalled four leaders of a U-N investigation team from the Congo after differences with the government stalled the probe. U-N spokesman Fred Eckhard said the next step is for the United States to send an envoy to Congo and Rwanda to urge leaders there to allow the United Nations to carry out an unimpeded investigation in the Congo. SOUNDBITE: (English) "They are still debriefing the secretariat, they will meet with the Secretary-General one more time to discuss options and we, as I said yesterday, we understand the United States is also preparing a diplomatic effort of their own in support of getting the U-N mission underway so, for the time being, this team will not be talking to the press." SUPER CAPTION: Fred Eckhard, U-N Spokesman The moves toward peace follow a fresh bout of shelling between Kinshasa and its neighbour Brazzaville which began on Wednesday.

In honor of all children, students and Congolese citizens from the South of the Republic of Congo and others killed by the tribal and dictatorial political regime of President Denis Sassou Nguesso, because of the support of the French Republic and Angola.
